This Fan Guide is designed to assist our fans by presenting information about Baltimore Orioles/Oriole Park offerings and accommodations for the season. The information is presented in alphabetical order for your ease of use. Enjoy the season!

    Alcoholic Beverage Service
    Vending of alcohol in the stands will conclude at the end of the 7th inning, or three hours after the scheduled first pitch, whichever comes first. Concession stand sales of alcohol will be terminated at the end of the 8th inning, or three and a half hours after the scheduled first pitch, whichever comes first. All vendors require a valid state or government-issued ID for the purchase and consumption of alcohol within the park. There is a limit of two alcoholic beverages per person, per transaction with valid ID. The Orioles, as well as our vending and concessions partners, reserve the right to refuse sale/service of beverages to anyone who appears to be intoxicated or is without valid ID. Vertical IDs are now accepted.
    All-Star Cafe
    The All-Star Cafe is a marketplace-style food court featuring a rotating menu of cooked to order entrees, including Boog's BBQ. The Cafe, which celebrates the two MLB All-Star Games hosted by the City of Baltimore in 1958 and 1993, is open to all Club Level patrons before and during the game through the 5th inning. Season plan holders are also encouraged to frequent the Café before the game, and should enter via the Home Plate Plaza elevators.
    Animals
    Service animals are the only animals permitted within the gates of Oriole Park at Camden Yards.
    Anthem Singers

    Art of the Game
    Located at the south end of Eutaw Street near Gate A, Art of the Game is a sports art gallery open on gamedays. Highlights include many one of a kind paintings, autographed memorabilia, and limited edition prints of sports stars with both a national and local interest. Select game used items are also available for purchase. The Orioles' share of all proceeds goes to the Baltimore Orioles Charitable Foundation.
    Assisted Listening Devices
    Assisted listening devices for the hearing-impaired are available at the Fan Assistance Centers behind home plate on the Lower Level Concourse and on the first floor of the Warehouse.
    Autographs
    Time permitting, players and coaches may sign autographs from the time the gates open until 45 minutes prior to the start of each game. At that time, ushers will ask fans to return to their seats. Additionally, every Monday and Thursday game, former Orioles will be signing autographs on Eutaw Street as part of the Orioles Alumni Autograph Series. For additional information, please visit orioles.com. Scheduled autograph sessions will also take place at various locations around the region throughout the season and are posted at orioles.com.
    Automated Teller Machine (ATMs)
    A total of five Bank of America ATMs are located throughout the ballpark. Two ATMs are located at the north end of the Warehouse near Gate H along Eutaw Street. One is located adjacent to the First Aid section near Gate D on the Lower Level Concourse. There is one in the upper level Home Plate Plaza elevator entrance across from section 336, and one on the Club Level across from section 242-244.

    Bags
    All items that are allowed into the ballpark will be inspected. Purses, diaper bags, backpacks and camera bags will be permitted into the ballpark, but items must fit into a 16" x 16" x 8" box. Bags on wheels are prohibited./dd>
    Baltimore Orioles Charitable Foundation
    The Baltimore Orioles Charitable Foundation is very active in the community and makes donations to various local, civic and charitable organizations as part of the OriolesREACH efforts. To make a contribution, contact the Orioles Community Relations Department at 410-547-6179.
    Banners/Signs
    The Orioles welcome fan support in the form of handmade banners and signs. To ensure that all fans will have an unobstructed view of the ballgame, the Orioles do not permit the hanging of banners anywhere in the ballpark. Banners may only be displayed before and after the game and between innings. Banners are subject to confiscation if the content is commercial, political, and/or in bad taste according to the Orioles' discretion. The Orioles reserve the right to remove any banner at any time. Banners or signs must be made of a light, flexible material, such as paper or cloth, and cannot be made of wood, metal or other inflexible materials that could be dangerous in a public setting.
    Batting Practice
    Typically, batting practice begins two hours and fifteen minutes before each home game. Fans are able to enter Oriole Park via the Eutaw Street gates (A and H) two hours prior to game time to watch batting practice from Eutaw Street and the Flag Court. Times are approximate and pre-game practices are subject to change or cancellation.
    Bicycle Parking
    New for 2013, the Orioles have added a designated Bicycle Parking Area to accommodate over 100 bicycles located just outside Gate C along the south side of Oriole Park. While the area will be supervised during games, owners are advised to lock up their bicycles when not in use. The Orioles and Maryland Stadium Authority are not responsible for stolen or damaged bicycles or other personal property.
    Birdland Passport
    After a strong debut last season, the Birdland Passport program will return again in 2013. Register for your passport at Oriole Park at the Fan Assistance Center in the Warehouse or at one of the five Orioles-affiliated ballparks in the Mid-Atlantic (Norfolk, Bowie, Frederick, Delmarva and Aberdeen). Fans who visit a certain number of ballparks are eligible to receive a limited edition item. Fans who visit all six parks are entered to win a trip for two to Spring Training at Ed Smith Stadium in Sarasota, Florida. Additional details can be found at orioles.com/passport.
    Birthdays
    The Baltimore Orioles would like to wish a Happy Birthday to our fans who are visiting on their special day, and have a variety of offers and packages available to help commemorate the occasion.

    Come Free On Your Birthday!: The Orioles are offering a free ticket to everyone on their birthday. To participate, visit orioles.com to register your birthday, and we will send you a voucher good for one ticket to a non-prime game in your birthday month. For those fans with offseason birthdays, don't worry! Fans with birthdays from January to March can receive a voucher to an April game, and fans with birthdays in October through December can come to a game in September.

    Birthday Certificate: Visit any of our three Fan Assistance locations to receive a free certificate customized to commemorate your birthday at Oriole Park.

    Oriole Bird Visit: Fans can have the Oriole Bird visit you while you are here at the game. You select the inning, and for a $75 donation to the Orioles Charitable Foundation, with proceeds going to Shannon's Fund, the Bird will bring a goody bag to the birthday boy or girl right at his or her seat! Reservations must be placed at least 24 hours in advance.

    Bistro Tables
    Bistro Tables are available for small groups in the left field area of Oriole Park's Club Level. Each table seats four fans, and comes with access to the Left Field All-Inclusive Picnic Perch menu.
    Boog's BBQ
    Located under the green tent behind the center field bleachers on Eutaw Street is Boog's BBQ. During many Orioles home games, Boog Powell, the former All-Star first baseman, can be found signing autographs and serving up some of Maryland's finest barbecue beef, pork, and turkey. Boog's BBQ is also served in the All-Star Café on the Oriole Park Club Level.
    Breezeway
    The Breezeway is the area just outside Gate A that allows fans to walk under the south end of the Warehouse toward the MARC Trains and the Light Rail. It is also a designated drop-off/pick-up point for handicapped and/or elderly fans.
    Budweiser Good Sport Program
    The Baltimore Orioles, Anheuser-Busch and Delaware North Sportservice have teamed up to offer the Budweiser Good Sport Program, formerly the Designated Drivers Program, at Oriole Park at Camden Yards. Fans of legal drinking age, who hold a valid driver's license, can pledge to be a designated driver for their group by signing up at the Budweiser Good Sport Booth located near the Fan Assistance Center at Gate E on the Lower Level Concourse. By signing a pledge not to drink alcoholic beverages during the game and ensure members of their group have a safe ride home, designated drivers will receive a coupon that can be redeemed at any Oriole Park concession stand for a free soft drink during the game (one designated driver per vehicle). The Good Sport Booth will remain open until approximately 30 minutes after the scheduled first pitch, so fans should sign up prior to the start of the 2nd inning to ensure they can participate in the program. Thank you to all the fans who respect the rights of others, drink responsibly and designate a driver at O's games.

    Camera/Video Equipment
    Guests are welcome to bring cameras and video recorders into the ballpark for personal use. However, any photographic equipment cannot be used to reproduce the game and must not interfere with other fans' enjoyment of the game.
    Club Level
    The Club Level at Oriole Park offers amenities including a climate-controlled concourse, multiple lounges, and waiter/waitress service in select areas. In addition, the Club Level features six full-service bars, including O'Says Pub, five concession stands and the All-Star Café. It is accessible via the Home Plate Plaza elevators as well as the escalators on the first and third base concourses. This level is exclusive to Club Level ticket holders.
    Container Policy
    No hard-sided coolers, thermoses, glass bottles, cans, or alcoholic beverages will be permitted into the ballpark or claim checked at the entrance gates. Non-alcoholic beverages in plastic bottles will be permitted into the park. All items will be checked at the gates and any beverage which has been opened or partially consumed prior to entry is subject to confiscation if it is thought to contain alcohol. In addition, no plastic or paper cups containing beverages will be permitted into the park at the entry gates.

    Defibrillators
    In case of emergency, defibrillators are located throughout Oriole Park in the following locations: Lower Deck (outside of the Women's Restrooms located near sections 17-22, 58-64, 72-79 and 84-87); Club Level (across from Suite 63, across from Suites 7/8 by the Service Elevator, and across from the Concierge Desk).; and the Upper Deck (outside the Men's Restroom near section 324, outside the First Aid room near section 348, and outside the Women's Restroom near section 364).
    Dempsey's Brew Pub & Restaurant
    Named for Orioles Hall of Fame catcher and 1983 World Series MVP Rick Dempsey, this full-service brew pub and restaurant located on Eutaw Street is open year round, on both gamedays and non-gamedays. The menu features upscale American fare and is highlighted by specialty beers brewed on-site. Stop in before the game to catch up with friends and watch the latest sports action of the day. Take a break in the climate-controlled bar and restaurant throughout the game, or come after to grab a late bite to eat. On non-gamedays, gather with friends and watch the Birds on the road on one of the many HD televisions inside.

    Drink Rail Seating
    Drink Rail Seating has been added on the Club Level in left field to give fans an open, more social environment to watch the game and cheer on the O's. Tickets are available individually or as part of a group order, and come with access to Camden Yards' exclusive Club Level.

    Equal Access Accommodations
    Parking: Accessible parking spaces have been reserved for disabled season plan holders utilizing equal access seating. Plan holders are encouraged to contact their Personal Account Representative to make arrangements to purchase these limited number of passes. The remaining accessible individual parking spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are located in Lots A & B. Parking in these spots requires a state-issued handicapped license plate or hangtag. Should these extra spaces be filled, attendants will direct fans to the nearest open parking or to the stadium's designated Drop-Off areas.
    Drop Off Areas: For any car or bus, we have three drop-off areas available to both drop off and pick up passengers. Drop-off points are available at the east side of the Warehouse at the breezeway (directly next to Gate A), at Home Plate Plaza on the Russell Street service drive (next to Gate D) and at the north end of the service drive (next to Gate F). Calling Fan Services at 888-848-BIRD in advance of the game is recommended to make arrangements to utilize these drop-off points.
    Seating: Wheelchair accessible seats are located throughout the ballpark in virtually all ticket categories. These seats may be purchased in advance by calling the Orioles at 888-848-BIRD or by visiting the Oriole Park Box Office.
    Escalators/Elevators: Escalators are available to reach the upper levels of the park near first base and in the left field area. Elevators are available behind home plate (near Section 36) and in left field (behind Section 78).
    Eutaw Street
    Eutaw Street is the festive area located between the Warehouse and the ballpark. Eutaw Street is open daily; however, for 7:05 p.m. evening games, Eutaw Street closes at 4:00 p.m. to the general public. At 5:00 p.m., it re-opens to fans holding tickets for that night's game.
    Fans who enter the ballpark on Eutaw Street between 5:00 and 5:30 p.m. are free to roam the bleachers and Flag Court in search of batting practice home run balls and to enjoy any of the carnival-style attractions and concession areas, including Boog's BBQ, located up and down the street. Access to the Orioles Legends sculpture Park area is also available beginning when the Eutaw Street gates open.
    Fans strolling down Eutaw Street might look for any of the following: the brass baseballs embedded into the sidewalk marking the spot where home runs cleared the right field fence and landed on Eutaw Street; a plaque to mark the spot where Ken Griffey Jr. hit the Warehouse during the 1993 All-Star Home Run Hitting Contest; and, just outside the north end of Eutaw Street, are the 4-foot aluminum monuments depicting retired Orioles uniform numbers and the Babe Ruth statue.

    Fan Assistance Centers
    The Fan Assistance Centers, located behind home plate (on both the Lower and Upper Level Concourses) and in the Warehouse (near Gate H on the first floor), operate from the time the gates open until 30 minutes after the game ends. At these locations, fans may obtain information, offer suggestions, and receive assistance with any situation that may occur during their visit to Oriole Park at Camden Yards.
    Fan Code of Conduct
    Courteous behavior is expected of all fans. Any fan infringing on another fan's enjoyment of the game is subject to ejection from the ballpark. Our staff will intervene when necessary to support an environment where fans can enjoy the baseball experience free from the following behaviors: Foul/abusive language or obscene gestures; intoxication or other signs of impairment related to alcohol consumption; displays of affection not appropriate in a public setting; obscene or indecent clothing; any disruption to the progress of the game by a fan's action or unauthorized persons on the playing field; fans seated in a location other than their ticketed seat. If anyone is interfering in another fan's enjoyment of the game, they are encouraged to contact the nearest usher or visit one of our three Fan Assistance Centers.

    Players are responsible for their own mail. It is recommended that if you would like a response, you include a self-addressed, stamped envelope. The organization cannot assume responsibility for lost items, misdirected articles, or unanswered questions.
    Fan Feedback
    The Orioles are interested in our fans' opinions and feedback. Throughout the season, fans can provide their feedback through in-park surveys, visiting one of our three Fan Assistance Centers, or e-mailing birdmail@orioles.com.
    First Aid
    First Aid rooms are located behind home plate on both the Upper and Lower Level Concourses. Registered nurses, a doctor, and paramedic units are on duty during each game.
    First-Time Visitors
    We welcome all of our first time visitors and would like to help make sure that your first visit to Oriole Park is the experience of a lifetime. To get started, we recommend the following unique attractions at the ballpark:
    • Visit any of our three Fan Assistance Centers for a free certificate commemorating your first visit to Oriole Park at Camden Yards
    • Stroll along Eutaw Street and be sure to visit Boog's BBQ and try Oriole Park's signature dish
    • Stop by the T-Shirt Shop on the third base side of the Lower Level Concourse to make your own t-shirt, complete with the date of your first visit
    • Visit the Orioles Legends Park, located in centerfield beyond the bullpens, featuring six larger-than-life bronze sculptures of the greatest Orioles of all time.
    • Try a Camden Yards Crabcake or exclusive Birdland Dog, a hotdog topped with Little Italy pepperoni hash and other great toppings.
    During your visit, please feel free to stop at one of our Fan Assistance locations or ask an usher if you have any questions.
    Flag Court
    The Flag Court on Budweiser Patio is located between the right field out-of-town scoreboard and Eutaw Street. Each American League team has a flag which is flown in order of the divisional standings. This is a popular spot for standing room only patrons to watch the game.
    Free State Pub
    The Free State Pub is located on the lower concourse on the third base side and provides fans with a choice of locally produced craft beers.

    Gate Opening Times
    For all Orioles home games, Gates A and H (at either end of Eutaw Street) will open 2 hours prior to game time to allow fans to enter the park. At this time, fans can watch batting practice from Eutaw Street, the Eutaw Street Bleachers, the Orioles Legends Sculpture Area Park and the Flag Court. All other gates will open 1 ½ hours prior to game time, and at this point all fans may enter the seating bowl. All gate opening times are subject to change.

    Junior Orioles Dugout Club
    The Junior Orioles Dugout Club is the official Kids Club of the Baltimore Orioles. Kids ages 14 and under who join the Club will receive a membership card, a lanyard and ticket holder, a subscription to Orioles Kids magazine, an Orioles hat, tickets to 10 pre-selected Orioles games, and more, all in a team drawstring backpack! Friends and family members of Dugout Club members can purchase tickets on Dugout Club days for as low as $6 each. And fans can even upgrade to lower level seats.

    Kids' Corner
    The Kids Corner is located near Gate C and features entertainment for younger fans, including a moon bounce, speed pitch, climb and play area, a batting cage, larger-than-life Oriole Bird bobbleheads and much more!

    Left Field All-Inclusive Picnic Perch
    With the Left Field All-Inclusive Picnic Perch, fans receive a Left Field Club Box seat (sections 282-288), access to the exclusive Club Level at Oriole Park, as well as unlimited hot dogs, salad, nachos, soda and other select menu items. Fans who purchase Left Field All-Inclusive Picnic Perch tickets should show their tickets or vouchers on the day of the game at the booth behind Section 282 to have their ticket stamped. Tickets are available for all game dates. To purchase, please visit the Oriole Park Box Office, call 888-848-BIRD.
    License Plates
    Show your Birdland pride with an Orioles cartoon bird license plate. The Orioles license plate is perfect for every O's fan who is also a Maryland resident. Simply visit orioles.com/plates and then download, complete and return the form to the Orioles as instructed. A complete FAQ is also available online. License plates are $50, with half of the proceeds benefiting the Orioles Charitable Foundation.
    Lost and Found
    Lost and found items should be taken to any Fan Assistance Center. Fans inquiring about lost items should call the Orioles Sales and Fan Services department at 888-848-BIRD. If there is an emergency regarding lost keys, wallet/purse, or other similarly valuable item at a game, you may call the Ballpark Operations Department at 410-547-6181 up to one hour after the final out. In order to make sure that your situation is addressed in a timely manner, please do not leave a voicemail at this number. If a representative from Ballpark Operations is not available to assist you, please call 888-848-BIRD the following day.
    Lost Parents/Found Children
    Children who cannot find their parents should go to any Fan Assistance Center. Parents looking for their children should also go to the Fan Assistance Centers. In order to prevent lost children, Seat ID Bands are available to all fans at any of the Fan Assistance Centers or at the Concierge Desk on the Club Level. ID Bands are especially helpful for children who may be separated from their group while at the ballpark.

    Military Appreciation
    We are fortunate to be surrounded by many dedicated military personnel throughout our region, and the Orioles organization appreciates all of those who risk their lives each day for our country. In that spirit, we are proud to offer the Orioles Military Programs - a variety of initiatives including a $3 discount off of all tickets for active, retired or reserve military members, as well as Department of Defense employees, and their families; free military themed Orioles caps for all active duty personnel; Buy One-Get One ticket offers for Sunday non-prime home games; the Sunday Suite Program presented by GEICO for wounded soldiers and other military groups; free "Welcome Home" Scoreboard Messages for servicemen and women returning from abroad; and more.     Miller Lite Flite Deck
    The Miller Lite Flite Deck is located down the right field line along the Club Level and serves as the perfect perch for groups. The special seating area features an open, more social setting and can be reserved with a minimum of 24 fans per group. Also, tickets in the section include a $15 food and beverage voucher to use during the game. For more information on Oriole Park group options, call 888-848-BIRD.

    National Anthem
    To be considered to perform the national anthem at Oriole Park, we ask that all applicants submit an audition package. This submission should include a recording of the soloist or group performing "The Star-Spangled Banner" a cappella (without music). It should be a traditional rendition and be 1 minute and 30 seconds or less in length. Performers who wish to perform the Canadian anthem should include a rendition of "O Canada" with their audition package as well.
    Along with the recording(s), please include a cover letter and resume or record of past performances for the soloist or group. This letter should include the following information:
    • Name of the soloist or group for scoreboard and PA script purposes
    • Number of performers in group -- due to logistical constraints, groups are generally limited to forty people for singing groups and ten people for instrumental groups
    • General availability or specific date(s) of interest
    • Any special requirements (e.g., accessibility)

    Natty Boh Bar
    The Natty Boh Bar, featuring local-favorite National Bohemian beer, is located on the lower concourse on the first base side and features "Early Bird" specials before every Orioles home game and occasional visits by the Natty Boh mascot, giving fans a popular hangout spot all summer long.
    Noisemakers
    Air horns, cowbells and other noisemakers are not permitted in the ballpark.
    Novelties
    Oriole Park features a number of novelty stands located throughout the ballpark for your Orioles souvenir shopping convenience.
    Among them are the Brand 47 Store (Lower Level Concourse on the first base side) and the T-Shirt Shop, featuring customizable t-shirts (Lower Level Concourse on the third base side).
    The Orioles Team Store on the first floor of the Warehouse near Gate H is open 7 days a week. Hours on game days are 10:00 a.m. to 30 minutes after the last out. Off-season hours are 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

    Official Game
    A game is official after 4 1/2 innings have been completed, or five innings if the Orioles are trailing at the time. If a game is postponed prior to being an official game, fans should hold on to their ticket stubs. Details regarding rescheduling or refunds will be announced through the media at a later date.
    Orange Carpet Program
    The Orioles Orange Carpet Program is a benefit package for our Season Plan Holders. Included are benefits such as discounted tickets and parking, a flexible exchange policy, enhanced ticket technology and service, Season Plan Holder board meetings and more.     Oriole Advocates
    Now in their 53rd season, the Oriole Advocates, Inc. is a unique non-profit organization, dedicated to promoting and stimulating interest in the game of baseball at both the amateur and professional levels. For more information, visit www.orioleadvocates.org.
    Oriole Bird, Team Mascot
    Since 1979, the Oriole Bird has been entertaining fans of all ages at the park as well as making appearances throughout the region. For more information on having the Oriole Bird appear at your next event, contact the Orioles at 410-547-6140.
    OriolesREACH
    The Orioles have long recognized the value of support from the community and believe it is critical for the organization to give back by being involved in local programs and initiatives. Through OriolesREACH, the team "reaches out" to our community to bring the fun and excitement of Orioles Baseball directly to fans, and to help our neighbors improve their daily lives.
    Also, each year, OriolesREACH sends hundreds of donations to charitable, non-profit organizations, schools, and civic groups. To request a donation, please visit orioles.com/donations and complete the donation request form.
    Unfortunately, we are not able to accept requests via phone, email, fax or mail. Requests will only be considered for an organization that can include a copy of its 501 (c) (3) status, is a recognized charity supporting youth athletics or educational initiatives, and is located in the Maryland, District of Columbia, Virginia, Delaware, West Virginia, North Carolina or Southern Pennsylvania areas. The Orioles are unable to donate to for-profit companies. Due to the high volume of requests, we are unable to place follow-up calls regarding each donation request. If you have not yet received a response within one week of your event, please call the Orioles' Community Relations Department at 410-547-6202.
    Orioles Legends Park
    In 2012, the Orioles Legends Celebration Series unveiled a series of six larger-than-life bronze sculptures featuring the six greatest Orioles of all-time: Frank Robinson, Brooks Robinson, Earl Weaver, Jim Palmer, Eddie Murray and Cal Ripken, Jr. Located in the Orioles Legends Park beyond the bullpens in centerfield, the sculptures were created by renowned Maryland sculptor Antonio Tobias "Toby" Mendez and were cast into bronze by Baltimore's New Arts Foundry. The sculptures range from seven to eight feet in scale and weigh between 600 and 1,500 pounds each.

    Oriole Park is easily accessible via major highways. General parking on a day of game basis is available in Lots F, G, and H. Subject to availability, limited parking may be offered in Lots B and C on a first-come, first-served basis. For information on Handicapped Parking, please visit orioles.com. Off-site, over 30,000 spaces are located in garages and lots throughout the downtown/Inner Harbor area within one mile of Oriole Park.
    Party Facilities

    Peanut Allergy Options
    A Peanut Allergy Suite is available for select games. This suite on the Oriole Park Club Level will be cleaned thoroughly before each game and reserved specifically for those fans and their guests with a peanut allergy. Tickets are $25 per person and sold on a first-come, first-served basis, with a limit of six tickets per order. While there is no area in the ballpark entirely free from the possibility of peanuts or peanut dust, this suite provides an environment best suited for those fans with allergies. All fans and/or their parents will be required to sign a release form upon purchasing tickets.
    The Oriole Park Peanut Allergy Suite is available on May 29 vs. Washington; June 24 vs. Cleveland; July 8 vs. Texas; July 30 vs. Houston; August 16 vs. Colorado; and September 5 vs. Chicago. Tickets for this suite are available via phone order only at 888-848-BIRD.

    Police
    The Police Command Post is located on the Lower Level Concourse near home plate and is operational from the time the gates are open until after the game has ended.

    The Orioles produce several publications available for purchase.
    Orioles Media Guide: The Orioles Media Guide is published each March and contains biographical and statistical information on the team's major and minor league players, coaches and staff. The Media Guide also contains the records and history of the franchise. It can be purchased for $10 (plus $5 shipping & handling if ordered over the phone) at program and novelty stands during Orioles home games, at either of the Orioles' team stores or by contacting the Orioles at 888-848-BIRD.
    Orioles Magazine: Orioles Magazine is filled with articles and inside information on your favorite past, present and future Orioles. It's a must-have for any O's fan and makes a great holiday or birthday gift, especially for out-of-town Birds fans! Orioles Magazine can be purchased at the park at any program or novelty stand or can be ordered as a subscription (includes three editions of Orioles Magazine in April, June and August, as well as the Orioles Yearbook) by calling 888-848-BIRD.
    Orioles Yearbook: The Orioles Yearbook contains full-color photos and biographical information on every Orioles major and minor league player. It is available for $10 at the ballpark at any program or novelty stand.
    Orioles Kids: For young fans, Orioles Kids Magazine features fun articles and activities including player interviews, Junior Orioles Dugout Club updates, news on community events and more. It is available inside Oriole Park at Camden Yards or via an annual subscription.

    Radio Broadcasts
    The Orioles can be heard in Baltimore on our flagship station 1090 AM WBAL Radio. The Orioles Radio Network is comprised of more than 30 stations around the region, including stations in Maryland, Washington, D.C., Pennsylvania, Virginia, West Virginia, Delaware and North Carolina.
    Radios/Televisions
    Single-speaker radios and hand-held televisions are permitted in the ballpark as long as they don't interfere with other fans' enjoyment of the game.
    Rainouts
    In the event that a game is officially postponed due to rain, tickets for that game will be considered rain checks. Rainout policies vary based on the situation. A policy will be announced after the game is officially postponed. Any game suspended after five innings (or 4 ½ innings if the Orioles are ahead) is considered a complete game. Suspended game tickets cannot be exchanged. Complimentary ($0.00 value) tickets are not exchangeable.
    Re-Entry Policy
    Fans will not be permitted to re-enter the ballpark once they leave. Only emergency situations for exiting the ballpark with re-entry permission can be granted by the Director of Ballpark Operations or the Manager of Event Operations with the Orioles. Fans requesting to leave the ballpark with re-entry permission should be directed to Fan Assistance Warehouse, where one of the above mentioned individuals will be contacted for authorization.
    Restrooms
    Spacious restrooms are located on all levels throughout the ballpark. Changing tables are available in most men's and women's restrooms. Parents taking children of the opposite sex to the restroom may want to use the special facilities located in the First Aid rooms or the Fan Assistance Center on the Lower Level Concourse.
    Roof Deck
    The Roof Deck is Oriole Park's newest destination open to all ballpark patrons. Overlooking the playing field on top of the batter's eye wall in centerfield, the deck features two rows of seats facing the field, outdoor lounge seating, and a full-service bar with views of the playing field and Eutaw Street. Stop by for a Maryland craft beer and a number of local culinary favorites and stay for the downtown rooftop experience.

    Sarasota 365
    The Orioles year-round partnership with Sarasota County is highlighted by the club's Sarasota 365 program, which promotes community and charitable involvement in Sarasota 365 days a year. Fans can receive information on all of the Orioles' activities in Sarasota and sign up for an online quarterly newsletter at orioles.com/sarasota.
    Scoreboard Surprises
    Fans may recognize that special person's birthday or anniversary on Oriole Park's MASNvision scoreboard. Please call 888-848-BIRD or visit orioles.com at least 48 hours in advance to schedule your Scoreboard Surprise. Requests cannot be taken day of the game. Fans may also sign up for future games in the Fan Assistance Centers by providing the following information: celebrant's name, address, age/years married, the date of the game, and the name and daytime phone number of a contact person in case the Orioles have a question.     Security Procedures - Ballpark Entry
    Oriole Park at Camden Yards, in conjunction with Major League Baseball, has established the following security procedures for entrance into the ballpark:
    • No hard-sided coolers, thermoses, glass bottles, cans or alcoholic beverages are permitted into the ballpark. You must leave these items in your vehicle before entering the ballpark.
    • Non-alcoholic beverages in plastic bottles are permitted into the park. All items will be checked at the gates and any beverage which has been opened or partially consumed prior to entry is subject to confiscation if it is thought to contain alcohol. In addition, no plastic or paper cups of beverages are permitted into the park at the entry gates.
    • All items permitted into the ballpark will be inspected. No bags or items exceeding the maximum size of 16" x 16" x 8" are allowed into the ballpark. Permitted items must easily fit into a 16" x 16" x 8" container. Bags on wheels are prohibited.
    • No containers or unauthorized items can be left at any park entrance. You will be asked to return them to your vehicle.
    • No re-entry will be permitted. Once you enter the ballpark, you will not be permitted to leave and re-enter the facility. Please make sure you have everything you need with you before entering the ballpark.
    • Only vehicles dropping off or picking up guests with disabilities are permitted to stop curbside at the ballpark. No other vehicles are permitted curbside, nor will people be able to stand and wait with their vehicles.
    Security Procedures - In park
    While enjoying an Oriole game at Camden Yards, if you see a problem or need assistance, you can easily and discretely contact Oriole Park Security or an Event Staff Supervisor by texting the word "Orioles", then a space, followed by your issue and seat location to 69050. Standard SMS rates apply.
    Trespassing on to the field at Oriole Park at Camden Yards is prohibited, and violators will be arrested, charged and prohibited from returning to Oriole Park in the future.
    Shannon's Fund
    In July 2008, the Orioles and OriolesREACH announced the establishment of Shannon's Fund, a $50,000 endowment at the University of Maryland Medical Center that will provide financial assistance to hospital patients and their families. The Fund was created in memory of Shannon Obaker, the Orioles' Director of Community Outreach who bravely fought cancer for over a year before she passed away in January 2007 at age 29.

    Smoking Policy
    Effective March 4, 2013, the Maryland Stadium Authority began the enforcement of a smoking ban at the Camden Yards Sports and Entertainment Complex, which includes Oriole Park at Camden Yards. The Code of Maryland Regulations prohibits smoking or carrying lit tobacco products (cigarettes, cigars and pipes) within 25 feet of the stadium, ballpark and warehouse, as well as in the outdoor space along Eutaw Street between gates A and H. Fans attending Orioles games will be permitted to smoke only in a designated area just outside of Gate E1 on the third base side of the ballpark.
    Strollers
    Strollers are permitted inside Oriole Park at Camden Yards. If you take yours with you to your seating area, it must fit under your seats. Larger strollers must be checked at one of our Fan Assistance Centers located throughout the ballpark. The Fan Assistance Centers are located behind Home Plate on the Lower Concourse, in the Warehouse (near Gate H on the first floor), and on the Upper Concourse near the elevator lobby. Fan Assistance Centers operate from the time the gates open until 30 minutes after the game ends.

    Television Broadcasts
    Orioles games are televised exclusively by MASN, the Mid-Atlantic Sports Network, throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. In 2013, MASN HD and MASN2 HD will once again broadcast all Orioles games in crystal clear, high definition format. Viewers in Maryland, the District of Columbia, Virginia, West Virginia, Delaware, North Carolina and Pennsylvania can find their MASN, MASN2, MASN HD and MASN2 HD channel numbers by visiting www.masnsports.com.
    Viewers in Baltimore will be able to watch select over-the-air games via "MASN on WJZ." WJZ-TV in Baltimore will serve as MASN's Baltimore affiliate and will simulcast these select games. However, all games aired outside of Baltimore can only be seen on MASN.
    Tickets
    Tickets for regular season Orioles home games can be purchased at the Oriole Park Box Office at the north end of the Warehouse, Monday through Saturday from 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. and Sunday from 12:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. Tickets may be ordered by telephone by calling 888-848-BIRD or online at orioles.com. In the event that a game is sold out, standing room only tickets may be made available.
    Tours of Oriole Park
    Tours of Oriole Park at Camden Yards are given daily from mid-February through mid-December, except on days with afternoon home games. Tour tickets can be purchased either online, or at the main box office windows, located at the north end of the ballpark's Warehouse.     Umbrella/Rain Protection Policy
    Umbrellas of all shapes and sizes are permitted in Oriole Park as long as they do not interfere with other fan's view and enjoyment of the game. The Orioles reserve the right to restrict the use of and possibly confiscate all rain protection devices.

    Warehouse
    The landmark B & O Warehouse, beyond right field, is the longest building on the East Coast at 1,116 feet (but only 51 feet wide). The eight story building provides unique office space for the Orioles and other tenants, including MASN and the Maryland Stadium Authority. A 432-foot home run drive will reach the Warehouse if it hugs the right field line.

    The Warehouse Wire is the official e-mail newsletter of the Baltimore Orioles. Warehouse Wire members receive all the latest information regarding player news, schedules, exclusive ticket offers, Orioles merchandise, special events, and much more.
    Wheelchair Service
    A limited number of wheelchairs are available in the Fan Assistance Centers and at the Concierge Desk on the Club Level on a first-come, first-served basis. Wheelchairs are to be used for transportation purposes, and the Orioles provide all fans with this service. Wheelchairs cannot be signed out for the entire game; due to the limited number of wheelchairs, they may only be used to transport an individual to their seat and should not be used outside the gates to transport an individual to their vehicle. A driver's license, state issued photo ID, or credit card is a required deposit in order to use an Oriole Park wheelchair. Fans are encouraged to contact Fan Services at 888-848-BIRD to make special arrangements.
