In order to secure a date, time and location for your event, Delaware North Companies or the Cleveland Indians must receive a $1000 deposit, along with a signed letter of confirmation. Deposits are non-refundable should the event be cancelled at any time.
Progressive Field meeting space is available up to five (5) hours prior to the start of the game. Events held within the five (5) hour pre-game window require the purchase of game tickets. Afternoon picnics are available up to four (4) hours prior to the start of the game. The Terrace Club is available up to five (5) hours prior to the start of the game. There is a 25-guest minimum for all events held at Progressive Field that require food. An event that does not meet the minimum requirements may be subject to additional charges.

Discounted parking is available in the Gateway Garage located between Progressive Field and The Q. If you would like to cover the cost of parking for your guests, the Indians will produce a date specific parking pass to be used in the garage. The number of passes used will be determined and the balance will be included on the final invoice. Limited parking is also available in the player's lot upon request. A $100 fee will be charged to provide the necessary staff to con. rm attendees and allow your guests access to these premises. The Cleveland Indians and Gateway Economic Development Corporation do not assume any liability for the security of vehicles and/or contents parked on these premises.
The Cleveland Indians reserve the right to cancel or relocate any event under the following conditions: game time is changed, home game is rescheduled, or the Indians host a public use event at the Ballpark. If, due to one of the conditions mentioned, your event cannot take place as scheduled, the Indians will work with you to reschedule or relocate the event. The Indians will refund all deposits in full if the event cannot be rescheduled or relocated.
Coat check arrangements may be made through the Indians. Additional fees may apply.
The client is responsible for reimbursement for any theft of, and/or damage to, any physical or personal property. The Cleveland Indians and Well Bread shall not assume responsibility for the damage or loss of articles left unattended in a function room.
The use of the Cleveland Indians logo and/or images is not permitted without prior written consent. Logos and images used can be made available for presentations and invitations. All photos used must be captioned "Photo courtesy of the Cleveland Indians."
A company logo along with the Indians logo can be included on any type of merchandise or promotional item. Due to licensing agreements with Major League Baseball, all orders must go through the Cleveland Indians.
