Starting in 2015, the Indians will be managing and processing Season Tickets through and their MyTickets system. Beginning with Season Ticket Renewals, MyTickets will give fans a convenient and simple way to manage their Season Ticket account.

What you can do with MyTickets?

  • Season Ticket Renewal - Quickly and easily renew your season ticket plan.
  • Easily Access your Season Ticket Account - View your tickets, forward or sell tickets electronically (coming soon), make a payment and renew your season tickets.
  • Forward Tickets - Once available, you will be able to send your 2015 tickets electronically to family, friends or colleagues by using the fast and secure Ticket Forward system.
  • Connect with Account - Season Ticket Holders will now be able to seamlessly link their Season Ticket account with all activity, including single game purchases, app downloads, and more!

How to Use MyTickets

  1. Log into your MyTickets Account
  2. You will find the season ticket package(s) on your home screen. If multiple orders exist, they will each be displayed with a "Renew" button
  3. Click on the "Renew" button for your order
  4. The next screen will show your specific plan and seat location along with Payment Options
  5. Enter all necessary credit card information and select "Submit Payment" (Please note, the address on your Indians Season Tickets account must match your billing address) You will receive an email confirming your payment

Creating a new account or linking an existing account allows you to take full advantage of the My Tickets features, particularly your ability to synchronize all of your ticket activity from, on one account (Season Tickets, single game purchases or tickets bought/sold via StubHub).   • To get started: Season Ticket Holders should make sure their MyTickets Account is registered.
  • Please use the "Account Number" and "Temporary Password" indicated on your Season Ticket Renewal Invoice to login.
  • If you have already completed the process of registration and changed your password, use your Season Ticket Account Number and the password you've designated for the account.
  • If you cannot remember your Season Ticket Account number, there is a "Retrieve Account Number" option on the login page. If you cannot remember your password, there is a "Reset Password" option on the login page.
  • In both cases, you will receive further instructions via the email address on file.
