Executive OfficersKevin H. Kahn Chief Customer Officer, Vice President - Ballpark Operations
Kevin Kahn begins his 15th season with the Rockies and seventh as Vice President, being named to that position on Nov. 13, 2001. In December of 2003, the club named Kahn its first-ever Chief Customer Officer.
As CCO, he is responsible for overseeing the Coors Field Customer Service Committee, a group that focuses on raising the quality of the Rockies and Coors Field service partners for all of the club’s employees, guests and sponsors. He continues to direct ballpark operations, including the club’s partnership with Aramark, the food service provider at Coors.
Prior to being named Vice President, Kahn, 43, was Senior Director of Coors Field Operations from 1997-2000. He was the Director of Stadium Services his first three seasons.
Overall, Kahn has been involved with professional baseball for 25 years, as he previously worked for the Oakland Athletics from 1981 to 1993. He started as an operations assistant and was then named Director of Stadium Operations in 1987. He spent his last seven seasons with the A’s in that capacity.
The Oakland, Calif., native graduated from Bishop O’Dowd High School. He received his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from California State University-Hayward.
Kevin and his wife Stephanie have two children, Haley and Kyle, and reside in Highlands Ranch. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Police Activities League of Denver, and is also a member of Major League Baseball’s Security & Facility Management Advisory Committee.
