DONATION REQUESTS:

The Colorado Rockies support many nonprofit organizations addressing the following interests: youth baseball and softball, education and literacy, and the prevention of drug and alcohol abuse. If your nonprofit organization is seeking a donation of an auction item, or a monetary contribution please send a written request on your organization's letterhead with a brief explanation of your group/event and your tax ID number to the following address:

Most donation requests are filled with Rockies game tickets upon availability, but is not guaranteed. We are unable to donate to for-profit companies including employee appreciation events. Due to the overwhelming amount of requests, we limit our donations to organizations in the Rocky Mountain Region. The Colorado Rockies are unable to place follow-up calls about your request. If your event is within one week and you have not received a response please call us at 303-292-0200 x 2337. Please allow four to six weeks advance notice for all requests. Please note that we do not accept faxed requests. Your request will be answered in a timely manner.

Community Ticket Program:

Tickets are available for requests from non-profit organizations and are based on availability. Donated tickets are not available far enough in advance to be used for incentives, auction items, or for drawings. To request our guidelines please send a request letter on your non-profit's letter-head to:

Colorado Rockies Charity Fund Grants:

The Colorado Rockies Charity Fund supports many 501(c) (3) nonprofit organizations addressing the following interests: youth baseball and softball, education and literacy, and the prevention of drug and alcohol abuse. If your nonprofit organization is seeking a grant please send a letter of inquiry on your organization's letterhead. This brief overview of your group should be sent to the following address:

Player Appearance Requests:

Please send a brief email with your event, the date, and whom you are requesting an appearance from, to davisd@coloradorockies.com. Please include if it is a paid appearance request. We will contact you to discuss your event further and then will send you an official request form to be filled out. We require at least 4 weeks but no more than 6 weeks prior notice for all requests. Please know that the baseball schedule does not allow many requests to be fulfilled, however we will make every effort to help.

Player Fan Mail for Charity Programs

Colorado Rockies Manager, Clint Hurdle and player, Todd Helton, each have a program in place where they sign an autograph in exchange for a $25 donation (per autograph) to their selected charity. Clint Hurdle asks that your donation go to Colorado Prader-Willi Syndrome Association and Todd Helton asks that your donation go to the Colorado Rockies Foundation. If you are interested in an autograph from either of these men, please send your item to their attention and include return postage, and a check or money order, to the following address:

Player Fan Mail

The Colorado Rockies are unable to obtain autographs for fan mail. You are welcome to send mail directly to the player you are interested in, to:
