- Tickets must be returned to the Rockies at least 24 hours before the game you cannot attend.
- We will attempt to make all ticket exchanges on a dollar for dollar basis; however, availability may be limited for some games. As some games sell out, we cannot guarantee availability for all of the exchange dates (see below for examples of future exchanges).
- If any exchange is done by mail and received less than 7 days prior to the game, tickets must be picked up at the Will Call windows at Coors Field. Picture identification will be required.

Future Exchange Example 1: A Season Ticket Holder turns in eight (8) Upper Reserved Infield tickets with a season ticket price of $14.00 per ticket. This would give them $112.00 in value that can be used towards exchanging tickets. The Season Ticket Holder would like to upgrade their seats to the Midfield Box. They receive four (4) Midfield Box seats at the Season Ticket price of $28.00, which totals $112.00. The Season Ticket Holder will only pay a $5.00 handling fee.
Future Exchange Example 2: A Season Ticket Holder turns in six (6) Rightfield Box tickets with a season ticket price of $15.00 per ticket. This would give them $90.00 in value that can be used towards exchanging tickets. The Season Ticket Holder would like to upgrade their seats to the Outfield Box. They receive four (4) Outfield Box seats with a season ticket price of $25.00, which totals $100.00. After applying the $90.00 in ticket value from the tickets being turned in, the difference is $10.00. The Season Ticket Holder pays the $10.00 plus a $5.00 handling fee for a total of $15.00.
