  • We will attempt to make all ticket exchanges on a dollar for dollar basis; however, availability may be limited for some games. As some games sell out, we cannot guarantee availability for all of the exchange dates (see below for examples of future exchanges).
  • If any exchange is done by mail and received less than 7 days prior to the game, tickets must be picked up at the Will Call windows at Coors Field. Picture identification will be required.

Future Exchange Example 1: A Season Ticket Holder turns in eight (8) Upper Reserved Infield tickets with a season ticket price of $14.00 per ticket. This would give them $112.00 in value that can be used towards exchanging tickets. The Season Ticket Holder would like to upgrade their seats to the Midfield Box. They receive four (4) Midfield Box seats at the Season Ticket price of $28.00, which totals $112.00. The Season Ticket Holder will only pay a $5.00 handling fee.

Future Exchange Example 2: A Season Ticket Holder turns in six (6) Rightfield Box tickets with a season ticket price of $15.00 per ticket. This would give them $90.00 in value that can be used towards exchanging tickets. The Season Ticket Holder would like to upgrade their seats to the Outfield Box. They receive four (4) Outfield Box seats with a season ticket price of $25.00, which totals $100.00. After applying the $90.00 in ticket value from the tickets being turned in, the difference is $10.00. The Season Ticket Holder pays the $10.00 plus a $5.00 handling fee for a total of $15.00.

  • The Past Exchange Program has 19 available exchange dates. Any unused tickets from games that have already been played may be exchanged for June 25-28 (WAS Nationals), July 16-18 (PIT Pirates), August 16 (MIA Marlins), August 27-29 (LA Dodgers), August 31-September 2 (SD Padres), September 10-12 (SF Giants), and September 23-24 (AZ D-backs).
  • You may exchange your tickets in the same price level as your current seats based upon availability. Upgrading of tickets will not be permitted.
  • All ticket exchanges will be done on ticket for ticket basis with a $1.00 per ticket service fee. As some games and price levels may sell out, we cannot guarantee availability for the exchange dates.
  • Past parking is not eligible to be exchanged.
  • Remember: Use this program for group outings with friends, family, employees and other social events.
