Party Facilities Payment:
After placing your reservation(s), you may pay by phone with a credit card or have an invoice mailed to you. Please refer to your invoice for specific due dates. All payments are non-refundable, including payments made for additional tickets.

Party Facilities Cancellation Policy:
If you wish to cancel a reservation, we will refund payments received only if we are able to resell the facility. If we cannot resell the facility, all payments are non-refundable.

Catering:
Food may not be brought into the Coors Field Party Facilities from outside the ballpark. ARAMARK Catering may be reached by calling (303) 312-2550. You may also view catering options at www.coorsfieldsuites.com.
