How to Order:Order online or call (303) 312-2444 to place your reservation. Place DepositCapacity and Additional Ticket Purchases:Private Suites, Mezzanine Party Suites, Super Suites, Summit Party Suites and Warning Track Party Room must be purchased at their minimum capacity. If your group numbers increase, you may purchase additional tickets at the full per person ticket cost; please see specific facility information for purchase limits. In regard to the Summit and Mezzanine Party Suites, please be aware that A and B suites are located adjacent to each other and may be combined into one suite. For example, Summit Party Suite 54 accommodates 34 people if both the A and B suites are purchased; when booked separately, A and B suites are separated by a movable partition. Payment:After placing your reservation(s), you may pay by phone with a credit card or have an invoice emailed to you. All payments will be due 3 weeks after your facility is booked. Reservations made within 3 weeks of your game date will require full payment at time of booking. All payments are non-refundable, including payments made for additional tickets. Cancellation Policy:If you wish to cancel a reservation, we will refund payments received only if we are able to resell the facility. If we cannot resell the facility, all payments are non-refundable. A rebooking fee may apply when switching game dates. Catering:All food and beverage must be ordered through the ARAMARK Catering department. They may be reached by calling (303) 312-2550. Order NowFood may not be brought into the Coors Field Suites and Party Facilities from outside the ballpark. |
