Ticket Technology Representative »

Set up and maintain ticket programs for single tickets as well as groups. Maintain the various ticketing system platforms: Archtics, Host, Account Manager and Group Manager. Handle Rockies.com maintenance. Provide administrative support and other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:

TICKET SYSTEM
  • Run lists and reports to clean and purge accounts
  • Assist in list creation for emails, pre-sales and on-sales based upon purchase history (STH, MPH, Coors Clubhouse, Suites, MRC, etc.)
  • Setup and maintenance required for Seasons, Manifests, Plans, Events, Price Codes, etc.
  • Account Manager and Group Manager setup and maintenance
  • Recommend creative solutions utilizing the various platforms
  • Evaluate and determine course of action and / or escalation for Ticket System errors / issues
ROCKIES.COM MAINTENANCE
  • Assist sales staff with landing pages and theme pages to promote and enhance ticket sales
  • Generate content for different types of Rockies.com emails, such as: Rockies reports, Breaking News Alerts, STH newsletters, and Ticket Guides
  • Responsible for the daily interaction and coordination of the Rockies website, making sure deadlines are met and checking for accuracy of information
ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES
  • VIP and special request ticket order processing
  • Generate different organizational reports such as: Home Field Advantage Reports, Comptix Tax Report, and Employee Ticket Tax Reports
  • Stay current with league best practices enabling the Rockies to be at the forefront of technology, marketing and sales
  • Other tasks as assigned
Experience/Skills Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree is required
  • Strong working knowledge of Ticketmaster's Archtics and HOST platforms required
  • Minimum 2 years of ticketing experience or technology related field
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Detail oriented with ability to multitask in a fast-pace environment and possessing strong customer service
  • Ability to 'think outside the box' - come up with creative solutions to problems and issues which may arise
  • Must work well in a group atmosphere and with a wide variety of individuals at various levels in the organization
  • Must be able to lift and carry 20 pounds.

Engineer - Plumber »

This position performs Journeyman level work in the installation, alteration, maintenance and repair of plumbing and related mechanical systems in compliance with all regulatory agencies. This is a full-time position eligible for all company benefits.

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for installation, maintenance and repair of all plumbing and related systems within Coors Field.
  • Performs preventive maintenance on the building's plumbing and related systems. Related systems include, but not limited to fire sprinkler, boiler, chiller lines and related components
  • Assist in other areas in the department or ballpark as needed.
Experience/Skills Requirements:
  • Five years of experience in maintenance or construction as a Plumber
  • Licensed in the State of Colorado
  • Master License preferred
  • Back-flow prevention certificate preferred
  • Welding experience desired
  • Strong ability to work well with co-workers and supervisors in a team environment
  • Must be able to work flexible hours due to game day responsibilities

Game Day Positions, Guest Service - Event Services, LLC »

Primary Purpose:

Event Services, LLC is looking for outgoing, motivated and friendly people to join our Guest Service team during game days at Coors Field

Job Responsibilities:

We have Guest Service Representative positions available in the following areas:

  • Gates - Greet guests, check and scan tickets, conduct bag checks for prohibited items, provide accurate ticket scan counts
  • Usher - Greet guests, check tickets, assist guests to seats and provide quality service to enhance Guest's experience
  • Interactive Game Area - Greet guests, monitor lines, restock balls, ensure payment for game, and ensure Guests' safety. Close interaction with children/parents, and ensuring that ballpark policies are followed
  • Guest Relations - Greet guests, assist guests getting into the park, give directions, assist with Guest birthdays and special occasions
  • VIP Representative - Suite Level, Restricted Area - Greet guests and monitor ballpark policies. Upon hiring, must complete a Colorado Court Search Investigation background check and obtain a City and County of Denver, Merchant Guard License
Requirements:
  • Friendly, outgoing personality a must
  • Positive attitude
  • Work schedule limited to Colorado Rockies Home game schedule

Assistant - Inside and Outbound Ticket Sales »

PRIMARY PURPOSE:

Support Inside and Outbound Sales in daily operations and continually improve processes/procedures to ensure maximum sales efficiency.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
  • Coordinate ticket printing and shipping for all of Outbound/Inside ticket orders
  • Coordinate and execute all departmental mailings and email campaigns
  • Be familiar with entertainment options at the ballpark and ticket policies
  • Handle various types of incoming calls, take messages, and monitor phones when needed
  • Create invoices and receipts for clientele as needed
  • Create/update ticket inserts and other departmental forms
  • Manage inventory and distribution of ticket vouchers
  • Coordinate ticket pick up with ticket production and will call
  • Bulk return/refund group tickets
  • Exchange all "Group Exchange" tickets and re-distribute to customer
  • Run balance due reports for upcoming homestands and ensure all accounts are paid off
  • Run and manage reports off of ticketing system
  • Create and distribute sales/lead reports for distribution to supervisors
  • Run check payments and assist Finance as needed
  • Create and manage online group ticket links for salespeople
  • Coordinate concession voucher orders with Ballpark Operations
  • Facilitate and distribute Ticket Sales monthly work schedules
  • Ensure homestand reports are accurate for all department
  • Coordinate with Promotions all batting practices and pre-game ceremonies, ensuring proper credentials are provided to clientele
  • Act as liaison with IT department as needed
  • Update and distribute phone, email and address lists throughout department
  • Manage occupancy reports for Rooftop groups
  • Assist with Theme Days as needed
  • Organize and facilitate Faith Day renewal process
  • Process ticket orders and work with clientele for Faith Day
  • Organize offseason renewal process
  • Responsible for coordination of special mailings and client correspondence (VIP receptions, holiday cards etc.)
  • Other duties as assigned
SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Work schedule Monday - Friday, evenings and weekends as needed
  • Good interpersonal skills and a customer service background
