Account Representative, Outbound Sales

PRIMARY PURPOSE:
  • Generate new revenue through the sale of season tickets, mini-plans, group tickets, party facilities, suites and other inventory available at Coors Field
  • Retain and renew existing ticketing business
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients
  • Assist with various game day responsibilities
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
  • Contact new prospects each day from lead lists
  • Contact past clients each day from retention lists
  • Research and identify new markets to create new sales opportunities
  • Track all calls and provide detailed updates on lead lists
  • Sell the benefits of using the various Coors Field options for personal use, client entertainment and employee functions
  • Know ALL entertainment options at the ballpark and ALL ticket policies
  • Attend networking events and promote business opportunities available with the club
  • Assist with day-of-game and other special events
  • Provide excellent customer service for clients
  • Understand the nuances of the facility, e.g., section configurations, obstructed seating, access points, points of interest, and parking information
  • Complete understanding of the policies, procedures and other product knowledge of the ticketing department
  • Assist customer with all needs throughout the sales process
  • Fully understand what the Rockies organization expects and values; exemplify correlating behaviors daily
  • Provide detailed contact updates and progress
  • Organize and input database records
  • Other responsibilities as assigned
SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Year-round/part-time position, work schedule Monday - Friday, evenings and weekends as needed
  • Outbound Sales or telemarketing experience recommended
  • Self-motivated and the ability to work in a team environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Working knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Word, and Outlook

Sales Associates - Colorado Rockies Dugout Stores - Littleton store location

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist in the operation of the Colorado Rockies Retail Stores located in Littleton. Work schedule will vary from 15 -30 hours per week with weekend hours required. Operations will include but are not limited to:

  • Opening and closing the location
  • Retail sales transactions
  • Ticket transactions
  • Credit Card reconciliation
  • Inventory Maintenance

Customer service is paramount as Associate is responsible for representing the organization and answering questions regarding tickets, in-game promotions, and Community and stadium operations.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Previous retail experience necessary
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, nights and weekends
  • Basic Windows computer system knowledge
  • Ability to Multi-task
  • Professional manner to handle demands of store location
