Hawpe departs early with tight left quad
Rockies outfielder comes up lame after two-run double

Hawpe's two-out hit off John Maine down the right-field line drove in Todd Helton and Troy Tulowitzki. Hawpe stayed on base through teammate Miguel Olivo's strikeout, but was replaced by Ryan Spilborghs to start the top of the second.
"We're going to wait and see where he's at," Rockies manager Jim Tracy said. "I don't think it's all that serious, but I can't sit here and tell you how many days we're talking about right now. We're going to let this settle down and check back on it tomorrow."
Hawpe became the second Rockies outfielder to suffer an injury on the basepaths in as many games. Regular leadoff man Carlos Gonzalez, who plays left field and center field, left Sunday's game with left hamstring tightness after scoring on Tulowitzki's two-run double. Gonzalez did not start Tuesday's game.
