The Colorado Rockies Charity Fund, a fund of the McCormick Foundation, supports non-profit organizations in the Rocky Mountain Region that focus on Youth Education, Child Abuse Prevention and Health. Since inception in 1993, over $23 million dollars has been granted through the Fund.
The McCormick Foundation has remained committed to the Denver area and demonstrates that commitment by making grants through their local fund partners. To date, the Foundation has granted in excess of $200 million dollars to our community.
Carpenter's Cupboard is a Christian-based food bank that serves approximately 2000 families a month, and sometimes as many as 5000 families per month. They serve family clients from the entire Denver metro area including residents from the City of Denver and residents from all suburbs of Denver. Two-thirds of the family-client population are children who are at-risk for many problems associated with poverty.
