After erupting for eight runs in the first three innings, the Rockies hitting calmed down. Taylor Buchholz allowed four earned runs on nine hits in four innings. In his return to the lineup, center fielder Willy Taveras went 1-for-3 with three runs scored, two stolen bases and an RBI.
