Jamey Carroll, pinch-hitting for starter Josh Fogg (two runs on five hits over six innings), hit a grand slam in the sixth inning to ignite a five-run frame and lead the Rockies to a big win over the Cubs. The slam was the first of Carroll's career and a club-record sixth of the season for the Rox.
