Each of the Jim Beam Suite Benefits are subject to change and/or modification at any time by the New York Yankees from time to time and may be subject to additional sales or other applicable federal, state and/or local taxes, payable solely by you. The unavailability, modification or cancellation of any of the Jim Beam Suite Benefits shall not constitute a breach by the New York Yankees of any license or ticket agreement entered into by you and the New York Yankees in connection with your membership in the Jim Beam Suite, or entitle you to any compensation, credits, rebates, refunds, offsets, make-goods or any other remedy.
