In a word or phrase, what does leadership mean to you? Leadership is taking initiative in working toward a goal, while being responsible, respectful and professional.

Why did you join the program? To further develop my leadership skills and help in my community.

What have you gained from the program? I have learned a lot about the whole college process because of the college tours we go on.

What is your favorite part of the program? My favorite part is definitely the trips.
