Group Events FAQ

Important Notes:
  • All special prices and giveaways are only available using the Group Events website or going through each specific Group Event website. Group Event giveaways and game dates are subject to change.
  • Giveaway items can be picked up with a Group Event ticket at the game and are only available while supplies last or through the end of the 4th inning.
  • If a person is attempting to redeem more than one giveaway item, he or she must present an equal number of valid Group Event game tickets.

I already purchased a regular game ticket to the same game as a Group Event. Can I still receive the Group Event giveaway item?
The only way to receive a Group Event giveaway item is to purchase a specific Group Event ticket. Tickets can be purchased using the Group Events website or going through each specific Group Event website.

I already purchased a ticket to the same game as a Group Event. Can I exchange them for a Group Event ticket?
Unfortunately, there is not a process for exchanging a regular game ticket for a Group Event ticket.

Step 1.
Exchange your current ticket in hand for a different regular season game at the Safeco Field Box office at least 24 hours before the game you are trading.
Step 2.
Purchase your Group Event ticket online.

How do I know that I have purchased the correct ticket?
You have the correct ticket if you purchased through the Group Events website or through a specific Group Event website. In addition, each special Group Event that has a giveaway item involved will have the event name listed on the bottom of the ticket. If you have any other question please call the Mariners Representative listed on the website referencing the event.

How will I receive my Group Event giveaway item?
Group Event giveaway items must be collected on the day of the game at Safeco Field. The pick-up location for redemption will be listed on the Group Event website. Giveaway items can be picked up with a Group Event ticket at the game and are only available while supplies last or through the end of the 4th inning.

Am I guaranteed to receive the Group Event giveaway item?
A fan that purchases a Group Event ticket will be guaranteed the giveaway item, unless the Group Event specifies that the giveaway item may be limited. Giveaway items are only available at Safeco Field on the day of the game while supplies last or through the end of the 4th inning.

I am a Season Ticket Holder. Do my season tickets include the giveaway items?
The promo packs available for purchase to season ticket holders do not include any Group Event giveaways. As noted above, you must have the Group Event ticket to receive the giveaway item. There may be a few exceptions for Season Ticket Holders; please consult your Mariners Season Ticket Representative or the Mariners Representative listed on the Group Event website with any questions.

I purchased a Group Event ticket that is part of a fundraiser. What are my options for exchanging my ticket for another game?
Unfortunately, fundraising tickets are not subject to any exchanges or refunds.
