Hi Corbett Field, Tucson, AZ, the Spring Training home of the Colorado Rockies was constructed in the 1930's and dedicated in 1951 after Hiram Steven Corbett. Corbett (1885-1967), served as president of the Tucson Baseball Commission for over 25 years.
The Rockies have trained at Tucson's Hi Corbett Field prior to every season in franchise history. The 2010 campaign will mark the club's 18th spring at the facility, which has become a favorite destination for Rockies fans every March.
