How's It Goin'?

How's It Goin'?

It starts with a greeting! From the moment the Guest Experience begins at Rogers Centre, it is our goal to proactively reach out to all our guests in an effort to establish a personal connection with them and get ahead of any issues they may encounter. How's It Goin'? is something Torontonians and Canadians say all the time, so it is an easy question to ask our guests. However, How's It Goin'? is not just a greeting – it is our Guest Experience philosophy and brand. It is our culture at Rogers Centre to make every guest, co-worker – or "teammate" – vendor and corporate partner feel respected and appreciated. We want our customers to feel welcome and recognize how much we value them every time they enter Rogers Centre to attend Toronto Blue Jays games and other events. By asking the question, we can be proactive… ultimately, we want every guest to have an exceptional experience each and every time they visit our venue. We also want to use How's It Goin'? to foster a positive work environment and communicate that as teammates, we are all each other's customers. It all starts with How's It Goin'?
